Indeed, though I greatly enjoyed the process. It was a lot of fun coming up with something using such heavy limits. That's my favorite thing about the Image-Line Looptalk contests - they almost always require you to do some really tricky technical stuff, as they're user generated. I once ran a contest where people had to make music using nothing but percussive instrumentation, which yielded some rather wonderful results.
